Payment Security
All transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure platform. CHIZENBIJOUX does not store your card or PayPal credentials on our servers. PayPal provides fraud protection and secure authorization for every transaction.
Currency and Billing
Orders are processed in USD (or the currency indicated at checkout). Ensure your PayPal account or card billing information is accurate and matches your account details to avoid payment issues.
Payment Confirmation
Your order will be processed only after PayPal confirms successful payment. A confirmation email from PayPal will be sent immediately after payment.
Failed or Declined Payments
If payment is declined or fails, please check your PayPal account, card details, or contact PayPal support. CHIZENBIJOUX cannot process orders if payment fails due to incorrect information.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified after payment is confirmed. To request a cancellation, contact service@chizenbijoux.store immediately. Cancellation depends on order processing status and cannot be guaranteed if the order has already shipped.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunds are handled through PayPal following CHIZENBIJOUX’s return policy. If a payment dispute arises, customers can use PayPal’s secure dispute resolution process. Our customer service team is available to assist promptly.
Recurring Issues & Multiple Payments
If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments, we will issue a refund through PayPal once verified. Customers should always verify the amount before completing payment.
