Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays.


2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship only within the continental United States (U.S. mainland).
We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories and military addresses.

Orders shipped within the continental United States typically arrive within:

Delivery may take longer due to:

  • High-volume seasons

  • Customs inspections

  • Remote delivery locations

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

5. Taxes, Duties & Additional Fees

  • We do not charge or collect any customs duties, import taxes, or sales taxes.

  • Most orders delivered within the United States do not incur additional customs or import charges, but regional tax regulations may vary.


6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Orders

  • Please ensure the shipping address is complete and correct, including apartment or suite numbers.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may require an additional reshipment fee.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any of the restricted regions listed above.


7. Delivery Issues

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit and delivery times are beyond our control.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first.

  • After that, you may also contact us for assistance.


8. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships.
Tracking updates may require 24–48 hours to appear.
